Private Chauffeur for Emirates — Terminal 2C, Paris-CDG

Emirates flies to Dubai from Terminal 2C at Paris-Charles de Gaulle. We handle the Paris half of that journey: a chauffeur at your door on time, your EK flight followed in real time, a name sign inside the 2C arrivals hall, every case loaded for you — and a car large enough that the whole family travels together, at a fixed fare agreed before you book.

Terminal 2C runs on a long-haul clock. An Emirates departure is almost never a quick hop: nearly seven hours to Dubai, often an A380 filling the hall in one go, and behind it a second leg to Bangkok, Singapore, Sydney, the Maldives, Johannesburg or Colombo. That changes the ground logistics completely — more luggage, more people travelling as one group, less patience for improvisation at 5am. We plan the Paris side around that reality, whatever cabin you are in.

Terminal 2C, on both sides of the flight

Set-down at the 2C departures level, a few steps from the check-in rows. On the return, your chauffeur is inside the 2C arrivals hall with a name sign at the baggage-claim exit. Airport parking is on us.

One car for the family and the cases

The 7-seat Business Van takes a family of four or five with their full long-haul luggage — no second taxi, no cases on laps. For one or two travellers, an E-Class or an S-Class.

Your EK number, watched live

Tailwind from Dubai and an early landing, a delayed departure, a change of stand: the pickup time follows the aircraft automatically, with no surcharge and nothing for you to report.

Long-haul from Terminal 2C, without the last-minute rush

Mercedes chauffeur fleet for Emirates transfers to Terminal 2C, Paris-CDG
  • Three hours at the terminal, four hours from your door — long-haul check-in, hold baggage and security simply take longer. From central Paris the A1 or A3 runs 35 to 55 minutes; we set the collection time on the traffic pattern of that specific day, not on an average.
  • The luggage sorted at booking, not on the pavement — tell us how many passengers and how many cases; we assign the vehicle accordingly. If the load truly exceeds one van, a second car from the same team leaves with you and arrives with you.
  • Landing at dawn from Dubai — after a night flight, the last thing you want is a phone hunt in a car park. Your chauffeur is already in the 2C hall, bottled water is in the door, and you are at your hotel or apartment before the city wakes up.
  • Stopping over in Paris — two or three days between two long-haul legs deserve better than a shuttle. A car at your disposal by the hour, half a day or a full day, keeps the same chauffeur with you from Versailles to the Champs-Élysées and back to 2C.

Families, groups and business travellers through Dubai

Most of the people we drive to Terminal 2C are not travelling light. A family heading to the Maldives for the holidays, grandparents joining a wedding in Dubai, a group of friends connecting to Bali: five people, five large cases, three cabin bags and a pushchair fit in one Business Van, and the children stay with their parents rather than in a separate vehicle. Executives on the Paris–Dubai axis take a Business Class E-Class for a quiet hour of email before boarding, or the First Class S-Class when they are collecting a partner or a client themselves. Whatever your cabin — Economy, Business or First — the chauffeur, the car and the courtesy are the same.

We pick up and deliver wherever your Paris begins and ends: the palaces and hotels of Paris, where our chauffeurs deal directly with the concierge desk, private residences, offices, or another CDG terminal when you are connecting onward. Companies routing staff through Terminal 2C every month open a business account for consolidated invoicing, named chauffeurs and priority allocation in peak season. Delegations, a group of ten arriving together, an unusual schedule — tell us and a human will answer, in Paris.

Emirates Chauffeur, Terminal 2C — FAQ

Which terminal does Emirates use at Paris-CDG?

Emirates flights to and from Dubai are handled at Terminal 2C of Paris-Charles de Gaulle. Your chauffeur sets you down at the 2C departures level, right by the check-in rows, and on the way back waits inside the 2C arrivals hall with a name sign. We follow the live flight data, so if your aircraft is ever handled at a neighbouring hall we simply move the car.

Will my chauffeur wait inside Terminal 2C after a night flight from Dubai?

Yes. He parks, walks into the Terminal 2C arrivals hall and stands at the exit of the baggage claim with a sign bearing your name — no phone calls to make while you are still on airport Wi-Fi. Long-haul arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, which comfortably covers passport control and the wait for luggage off a full A380.

Can one car take my whole family and all our suitcases from Terminal 2C?

That is exactly what the Business Van is for. The Mercedes V-Class seats up to 7 passengers, and with a family of four or five it swallows the full set of long-haul cases plus cabin bags — everybody travels together, nobody follows in a second car. Tell us the number of passengers and cases when you book: if the load genuinely exceeds one van, we send a second vehicle from the same team so both cars reach your hotel at the same moment.

How much is a chauffeur from Paris to CDG Terminal 2C?

A fixed all-inclusive fare from any Paris address: €119 in Business Class (Mercedes E-Class), €149 in Business Van (Mercedes V-Class, up to 7 passengers) and €199 in First Class (Mercedes S-Class). Tolls, airport parking, meet and greet and waiting time are included, and the fare is the same in both directions, day or night.

What time should the car collect me for an Emirates flight from Terminal 2C?

Plan to be at Terminal 2C three hours before an Emirates departure — long-haul check-in, hold baggage and security take longer than a European hop, and more so if you have a connection in Dubai to Asia or Australia. The drive from central Paris takes 35 to 55 minutes, so we usually collect you around four hours before take-off and set the exact time on the traffic forecast for that day.

Are you affiliated with Emirates?

No. Reservation Chauffeur is an independent chauffeur company driving passengers of every airline and every cabin. Emirates is a trademark of its owner, mentioned here only to describe the terminal we serve and the travellers we look after.
