How to book, and which van suits which group
- Book online — route or duration, pick the van, the fixed price shows straight away.
- Confirmation — you get your chauffeur's name and number; at the airport, your flight is tracked.
- Travel — the whole group together, door to door, with nobody split into a second car.
The question that comes up most often is not the number of seats but the volume of
luggage. A Mercedes V-Class is sold as a 7-seater and it holds seven — provided each
passenger travels with one cabin bag and one medium suitcase. Six adults off a long-haul
flight with large cases will fill the van before they fill the seats: in that case the
rear bench becomes boot space, or we move you to the Sprinter. Tell us the number of
suitcases along with the number of people; that is what decides the vehicle.
For a family, the van solves two problems at once: child seats are fitted before you
land, and nobody ends up in a second car. For business travel, the facing bench lets four
people work during the ride. And for an arrival at CDG or Orly, one vehicle means one
meeting point — the difference between leaving in ten minutes and hunting for each other
in the terminal.
Tolls, parking and fuel are included in the quoted price. If your group is larger than
7, the next step up is the Mercedes Sprinter minibus, 12 to 19
seats; beyond that, a coach with chauffeur.
