Choosing your configuration: 12, 16 or 19 seats

The three Sprinter versions are not interchangeable. At 12 seats there is still a real luggage compartment: that is the one to ask for on an airport transfer, where every passenger has a checked suitcase. At 16 seats the balance suits a working day or a day trip with light luggage. At 19 seats, seating takes the space luggage would use: ideal for moving a team from a hotel to a venue, much less so for an airport return.

So give us two numbers, not one: how many people and how many suitcases. The second decides, and it is the one nobody thinks to mention — a group of 16 with 16 large cases does not fit a 16-seater.

A minibus also keeps the group together, which matters more than comfort: one meeting point, one schedule, one person to call. On a conference or a wedding, that is what stops thirty people waiting because one car got lost. Your chauffeur stays with you throughout.

Below 8 passengers, the 7-seat van with chauffeur is more discreet and easier through Paris. Above 19, move up to a coach with chauffeur.

Minibus hire — frequently asked questions

How many seats does a minibus with chauffeur have?

The Mercedes Sprinter comes in three configurations: 12, 16 or 19 seats. The choice depends as much on luggage volume as on passenger count — in the 19-seat version, boot space shrinks.

How much does minibus hire with a chauffeur cost in Paris?

It depends on the configuration, the duration and the route. You get a fixed all-inclusive price before booking — fuel, tolls, parking and chauffeur included.

One minibus or two vans?

A single minibus keeps the group together, with one meeting point and one schedule: almost always simpler for a conference or a wedding. Two vans make sense when the group splits during the day.

Can a minibus drive and park in central Paris?

Yes. The Sprinter complies with the Greater Paris low-emission zone rules, and our chauffeurs know the authorised drop-off points at stations and airports — that is where a large vehicle loses the most time.

Can I book a minibus for a full day?

Yes — hourly or full-day hire with the same chauffeur throughout: conferences, film shoots, multi-site visits, day trips out of Paris.

Will the whole group's luggage fit?

Count one checked suitcase per passenger in the 12- and 16-seat versions. In the 19-seat version, plan a trailer or a second vehicle if everyone travels with a large case — we check this with you before confirming.
