Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply to booking and using our private chauffeur services.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the chauffeur-driven passenger transport (VTC) services provided by SENSASS FRANCE (trading as “Reservation Chauffeur”), a French limited liability company (SARL) with share capital of €17,000, registered office at 66 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris — SIREN 814 627 618, RCS Paris 814 627 618, VAT FR70814627618, registered in the French chauffeur (VTC) register under no. EVTC075167695. Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Booking

Bookings are made online on this website (customer account and card payment), by telephone or by e-mail. A booking is confirmed by our confirmation e-mail, once payment has been received. We recommend booking ahead to secure the vehicle you want. Any special request — child seat, multiple stops, bulky luggage, pet, group — must be stated when booking. High-capacity vehicles (Sprinter minibus) booked less than six days ahead are confirmed subject to availability: if none is available, the booking is refunded in full.

3. Prices

Prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included, and fixed at the time of booking. A transfer is priced as a flat fare: it depends on the distance, the vehicle class and, for airports, the applicable flat rate; a minimum fare applies per class. It includes the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, parking and included waiting time of 60 minutes at airports (flight tracked) or 15 minutes for any other pickup. Beyond that, waiting is charged pro rata to the hourly rate of the class booked. Hourly hire is charged by the hour, two hours minimum, with 25 km included per hour; each additional hour is charged at the class's hourly rate. Extra stops and options are charged at the price shown when booking. Special services (long distance, Eurotunnel, events) are subject to the conditions stated on their page or in the quote.

4. Payment

Payment is made by card, in full, at the time of booking through our secure payment provider; nothing is charged before the booking is confirmed. An invoice is sent by e-mail. For business and partner accounts, centralised monthly invoicing can be set up under the agreed terms.

5. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time: the amount paid is refunded in full. After that deadline, and if the customer does not show up at the pickup point (“no-show”), the full price is due. Changes (time, address, number of passengers) are free up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability; if the journey changes, the price is recalculated on the current rates. Under 24 hours, changes are accepted wherever possible. Flight and train delays are tracked in real time and incur no charge. In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services provided on a specific date.

6. Customer Obligations

The customer undertakes to provide accurate information (addresses, times, flight or train number, number of passengers and bags) and to be present at the agreed pickup point. The number of passengers may not exceed the capacity of the vehicle booked. Child seats are provided free of charge on request at booking; pets must be declared. Passengers must treat the chauffeur and the vehicle with respect; any damage or abnormal soiling may be charged.

7. Liability

Reservation Chauffeur does everything possible to ensure punctuality and service quality, but cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (exceptional traffic, weather, road closures, force majeure). Our vehicles and chauffeurs are insured in accordance with the regulations applicable to passenger transport. Items left in a vehicle are kept and returned wherever possible; their return may be charged at cost.

8. Personal Data

Data collected for a booking is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge under the conditions set out in the French Consumer Code.
