What we use

This website keeps tracking to the strict minimum. We use no advertising cookies. The technologies we rely on are:

• Essential local storage — your browser keeps your booking simulation and preferences (key rc_data_v1) and your consent choice (key rc_consent_v2).
• Session storage — when you sign in (customer account, driver or admin area), a temporary token is stored for the duration of your session and cleared when you log out.
• Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers (no cookie set, but your IP address is processed by Google to deliver the font).
• Google Maps — distance and journey-time calculation in the booking simulator (your IP address is processed by Google).
• OpenRouteService — address autocomplete in the simulator (no cookie).
• Stripe — when you pay for your booking online, Stripe sets its own cookies to secure the payment.
• Audience measurement — only after your consent — Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (13 months maximum) for aggregated traffic statistics. Nothing is loaded until you accept.

Why

The essential and functional items let you simulate a price, book a ride, stay signed in and pay securely; they are not used to profile you or for advertising. Audience measurement, activated only with your agreement, helps us understand in aggregate how the site is used so we can improve it.

Consent

Essential and functional storage is required for booking and account features to work. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them through the banner shown on your first visit; until you accept, no measurement tool is loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the site data in your browser (key rc_consent_v2): the banner will be shown again.

How to control cookies

You can clear or block cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Clearing them will reset your saved simulation and sign you out.
