Private chauffeur for multi-site groups and networks

Head offices, regional divisions, subsidiaries: in a group, travel is booked from several places at once. We have built a corporate account that follows that structure — an overall view for the parent, a dedicated space for each branch, one invoice per entity — with chauffeurs across Paris and every airport.

When every site books on its own

The pattern is always the same. A sales director in one region takes a taxi to the airport and files an expense claim. An assistant three hundred miles away rings a local firm that has never heard of the group's negotiated terms — if any exist. Head office discovers the journeys at month end, scattered across expense claims and invoices from a dozen suppliers, impossible to compare. Nobody knows what the group actually spends on ground transport, or on what conditions. And when one regional office does negotiate a rate, it benefits that office alone: the neighbouring subsidiary starts from scratch. Multiplied across ten or fifteen sites, the muddle costs assistants their time, costs finance its visibility, and costs everyone their terms.

An account that mirrors your organisation chart

The group account reproduces your organisation instead of working around it. At the top, the parent company: its desk sees every entity, can book on behalf of each one and keeps an overall view of the group's travel. Beneath it, each subsidiary has its own space, in its own name, with its own logins — run day to day by the assistant who manages that branch. The rate card is negotiated once, at group level, and inherited by every subsidiary with nothing re-entered; nobody renegotiates locally. Each entity is invoiced separately, under its own company registration, with its own monthly invoice and ride-by-ride summary — because each subsidiary keeps its own accounts. Staff, finally, have named accounts: they book their journeys without seeing any amounts, which remain visible to managers alone.

A branch assistant's day-to-day

A branch assistant opens her space and sees her entity alone: her colleagues, her sites, her rides. A sales director catching the train to Paris? She books the station pickup, name board included, in two minutes. A key customer landing at CDG, Orly, Beauvais or Le Bourget? The flight is tracked and the chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall. For everyday journeys she chooses Business Access — Mercedes C-Class, Volkswagen Passat, Peugeot 508 — designed for corporate accounts; for a board visit, an E-Class or S-Class; for a team on the move, a van seating up to seven. A day of back-to-back meetings becomes hourly hire, with the chauffeur on hand between appointments, and journeys between sites are booked like any other ride. Driver, car and plate appear on assignment; everything can be amended online.

The HEDIS group: one head office, fourteen subsidiaries

We designed and opened this account for the HEDIS group, a professional-hygiene distributor within the Bunzl group, whose head office in Chartres and fourteen subsidiaries are spread across France — from Annecy to Mont-de-Marsan, from Brittany to the Mediterranean coast. The central desk sees every subsidiary and can book on behalf of each one. Each subsidiary received its own space, in its own name, with its own logins, run by the assistant who manages that branch. Each is invoiced separately, under its own company registration, because each keeps its own accounts. The rate card was negotiated once, at group level, and inherited by every subsidiary with nothing re-entered. Secondary sites — five for one subsidiary, four for another — are saved as frequent addresses, and staff have named accounts that book without displaying fares.

Frequently asked questions

Can each subsidiary be invoiced separately?

Yes. Each entity is invoiced under its own company registration, with its own monthly invoice and ride-by-ride summary, because each subsidiary keeps its own accounts. If you would rather have a single consolidated invoice at group level, that works too: the account structure adapts to your organisation, not the other way round.

How are rates set for a multi-site group?

The rate card is negotiated once, at group level, according to the nature and volume of your travel; every subsidiary inherits it automatically, with no local renegotiation and nothing re-entered. Rates are quoted on request: call us on +33 1 53 26 04 33 to scope your needs and receive a proposal.

Who sees the prices in the group account?

Managers only — the branch assistant, the directors and the central desk. Staff have named accounts that let them book their own journeys without any amount appearing on screen. Finance keeps full sight of costs across the group without the negotiated rate card ever being exposed to the wider team.

One of our subsidiaries has several sites. How does that work?

Every site — depot, branch, regional office — is saved as a frequent address within that subsidiary's space. The assistant picks the departure or arrival site in one click, with nothing retyped. The usual stations and terminals are stored the same way, and journeys between sites are booked like any other ride.

How long does it take to set up a group account?

One conversation is enough to map the structure: your list of entities, who books, who sees the prices, how you wish to be invoiced. We then create the parent account, the subsidiary spaces and the named logins; your assistants receive their credentials and can book from day one, with nothing to install.

Travelling for work?

Companies open a corporate account: colleagues book their own rides, prices stay visible to managers only, and everything is settled on one monthly invoice. Corporate accounts. Hotels and multi-site groups get their own booking space, in their name. See the platform.
