White Label Chauffeur Platform for Your Hotel Accounts
You have the fleet, the hotel relationships and the trade. We provide the tool: a booking portal per property under your brand, with your rates, your drivers and your invoicing — nothing to build.
Request a demo ↗Five hotels by phone is manageable. Ten is not.
You know how the day goes. The concierge at the first hotel calls to ask where the car is. The second sends a WhatsApp with a flight number, a room number and a half-legible guest name. You retype everything, double-check the terminal, call back to confirm. Meanwhile a third property is waiting for an answer.
Every house has its own terms: a negotiated rate card per destination, its own pricing for extras, a commission that differs from the hotel next door. All of it lives in a spreadsheet only you can read. And at the end of the month, you rebuild the invoices by hand, hotel by hotel, commission statement included.
The cruel part: the more hotels you win, the worse the operation runs. Building your own software would fix it — but that means months of work and a budget most operators cannot tie up. That is exactly why we make our platform available to you, white label. We run it ourselves every day with our own partner properties; you take over the machinery, under your name.
What the platform gives you
One portal per hotel
Each property gets its own booking access, in your colours or its own. The concierge books directly, picks the vehicle class and the time, and receives confirmation — without calling you.
One contract per property
Every hotel has its own rate card by destination and vehicle class, its own pricing for extras, its own commission. Nothing is shared: the palace and the boutique hotel never sit on the same terms.
A group view on top
The whole day across all your hotels on one screen, in chronological order, with the property name on every line and a counter of rides still without a driver. Open any hotel's workspace and book on its behalf.
Watertight separation
No hotel ever sees another's rides, rates or statements. The separation is enforced and tested technically, account by account — not merely promised in a contract.
Monthly invoicing per property
At month end, each hotel receives its invoice with the matching commission statement, and you get the accounting export. No more rebuilding invoices by hand.
Live tracking
The concierge sees the assigned chauffeur, the vehicle and its position, and shares a tracking link with the guest. Nobody calls you to ask where the car is.
Your drivers, not ours
You onboard your own fleet: each chauffeur creates a profile and registers a vehicle from a simple link. The driver area covers shift start, vehicle checks and live status updates on every ride.
Paste a request
The concierge pastes the guest's email or WhatsApp message and the form fills itself — flight, room, phone, direction, terminal, date, time. Nothing is booked without their confirmation.
You keep the business
This is the part that matters most, so let us say it plainly: Reservation Chauffeur does not step between you and your hotels. The commercial relationship stays yours, invoices go out under your name, and your selling prices remain between you and your properties. We do not prospect your hotels — we have our own, and our interest is that the platform helps you win yours.
- Your client relationship: the concierge works with you, on a portal carrying your brand or the hotel's. We do not appear.
- Your invoicing: monthly invoices and commission statements are produced on your terms, property by property.
- Your drivers: you run your fleet and assign your rides. The platform organises; it never dispatches to other operators without your say-so.
We supply the tool and keep it running. The trade — the negotiation, the service, the fleet — stays with you.
One contract per hotel: why it changes everything
A single price list for a whole portfolio does not exist in real life. The palace near the Champs-Élysées will not accept the airport hotel's rates, the property in Versailles wants a higher vehicle class by default, and each has negotiated its own commission. As long as those terms live in a spreadsheet, every booking is a chance to get it wrong — a price from last year's agreement, a commission missing from the statement.
On the platform, those terms become the contract itself: the rate card by destination and class, the extras and the commission are set once, when the property's account is opened. From then on, every booking the concierge makes applies the right terms automatically, and every monthly statement follows from them. When you renegotiate with one hotel, you change its rate card — and only its.
It is also your strongest sales argument when prospecting new properties: offering a hotel its own portal, its own rates and a monthly commission statement means walking in with the toolkit of a major account — not a mobile number.
Getting started, concretely
No IT project, no specification document. To open your accounts, we need:
- Your list of properties and, for each, the negotiated terms: destinations, vehicle classes, extras, commission.
- Your branding: logo and colours — yours, or the property's if that is what you sold.
- Your drivers: you send them a sign-up link; each creates a profile and registers a vehicle.
We open the group workspace together, then the portals, property by property, starting with the one you want to test. You validate the concierge journey — booking, confirmation, tracking — before opening the next. Your hotels have nothing to install: a link and credentials are all it takes.
Pricing is simple: a flat fee per property or an amount per booking, agreed together based on the size of your portfolio. Write to us with your number of hotels and your monthly volume — you will get a clear proposal, with no hidden lines.
Operator questions, straight answers
Can my hotels see my rates, or each other's activity?
No. Each hotel only accesses its own portal: its rate card, its rides, its statement. No property ever sees another's terms or activity — the separation is enforced and tested technically, account by account. Your buying prices and margins appear nowhere.
Can I use my own drivers?
That is the whole point. You onboard your own fleet: each driver receives a link, creates a profile and registers a vehicle, then works from a driver area with shift start, vehicle checks and live status updates on every ride. Reservation Chauffeur does not supply the drivers — only the platform.
What happens if I stop using the platform?
You leave with your data: an export of your bookings, rate cards, statements and contacts. Your hotels' portals are closed, and the exit terms are written into the agreement from day one — no hidden lock-in, no data held hostage.
Who owns the data?
You do, entirely: your hotels, rate cards, bookings and clients remain your property. We do not use them commercially and we do not approach your properties. All data is hosted and processed in line with the GDPR.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is simple: a flat fee per property or an amount per booking, agreed together based on the size of your portfolio. No development cost, no IT project. Contact us with your number of hotels and monthly ride volume for a clear proposal.
Your hotel portfolio deserves better than a spreadsheet
Show us your fleet and your accounts — we will show you the platform, with a demo portal set up under one of your properties' names.
