Hotel transport management software, at your desk's service

We place our concierge portal at the disposal of Paris hotels — free of charge. Your desk books a chauffeur in thirty seconds, follows every car live, and every ride earns your property a commission.

Guest transport, as your desk actually lives it

Requests come in by phone, by email, by WhatsApp — at any hour. The concierge reads the message, retypes the flight number, the name, the room, calls back to confirm. When the guest starts pacing the lobby, nobody knows exactly where the car is, and the driver's number is buried somewhere in a message thread.

At the end of the month, someone reopens the inbox to rebuild a spreadsheet: what was booked, what actually ran, what was billed to whom. And the commission — if there is one — depends on a tally nobody really keeps. It is no one's fault. It is simply what happens when a daily service runs on scattered messages. Our concierge portal replaces all of it with a single screen. And because the tool comes with our cars and our chauffeurs — the ones already serving Paris's 5-star hotels and palaces — it costs your house nothing. It pays it.

A booking in 30 seconds

The workflow follows your desk, not a piece of software. The concierge opens the portal — branded with your hotel's logo and colours, your property's address already in place — and chooses: an immediate departure, with pickup estimated within roughly 45 minutes, or a ride scheduled for any date and time. For immediate rides, the Business and Van classes are offered; First Class is booked in advance.

Point-to-point transfer, chauffeur at disposal from 2 to 10 hours, or a day excursion: the concierge picks the format, the class and the number of cars. The airports — Paris CDG, Orly, Le Bourget — and the Paris rail stations are listed with their terminals, nothing to type. Airport assistance options are added in a click: name-board welcome, tax-refund accompaniment, check-in assistance, lounge access. A round trip is created in one go, and payment is either charged to the room or settled on board, as the guest prefers.

Paste a request: the feature that changes the day

This is the feature desks fall for first. The guest wrote in by email or WhatsApp? The concierge pastes the message into the portal as-is — and the form fills itself: flight number, room, phone, direction of travel, terminal, date, time, passenger count. Any field the portal is unsure about is flagged for a human check, and nothing is booked without the concierge's confirmation. The retyping disappears, and the copying errors with it; what remains is thirty seconds of proofreading and one click.

Regulars, meanwhile, are recognised from the first letters typed: the guest address book keeps their details on file, and one card pre-fills the next booking. The guest who returns every quarter never has to spell their name again.

What the portal handles, from lobby to statement

Live Tracking

From assignment onwards: the driver's name and phone number, the car and its plate. Then the ride's progress, with a tracking link you can share with the guest.

Desk-Side Corrections

Passenger, room, phone or flight number can be corrected right up to boarding; address and time until the ride starts. The driver is notified automatically.

Guest Address Book

Returning guests are recognised; their card pre-fills the booking, preferences included.

Lost Property

A phone left on the back seat? The report is attached to the ride in question and the desk follows its return — no digging through messages.

Monthly Statement

Every ride of the month, your property's commission calculated, and a CSV export for your accounts.

Your Brand On It

The portal carries your hotel's logo and colours; guest emails go out in English, French or Spanish.

Concierge Access

A restricted-rights login: the concierge books and follows rides without seeing rates or account settings.

Strict Separation

Each hotel has its own contract and its own rate card. One property never sees another's rides.

Cars Included

Behind every booking, our chauffeurs and our fleet — Business, Van, First Class — the ones already serving the Paris hotel scene.

What it changes for your property

Time, Every Single Day

No more retyping, no more cross-checking confirmations, no more hunting for a driver's number. Each transport request takes a fraction of the time it used to — and the desk stays available for the guests standing in the lobby.

Full Traceability

Who booked what, for which guest, which room, charged where — everything is written, time-stamped, exportable. The end-of-month spreadsheet rebuilt from memory is a thing of the past.

A Revenue Line

Every ride booked through the portal earns your hotel a commission, on terms negotiated with your house and shown on the monthly statement. Guest transport stops being a chore and becomes a service that pays.

A hotel director doesn't buy software. He makes a friction point disappear — and opens a revenue line that wasn't there before. That is precisely what separates this hotel car service platform from a conventional software vendor: the tool doesn't arrive alone, it arrives with the cars, the chauffeurs and a partner who picks up the phone. Looking at the corporate side of your guest mix too? Our guide to Paris's 5-star hotels for business travellers and our business accounts page complete the picture.

Getting set up, in practice

There is no installation, no server, no IT project. To open your portal, your house sends us four things: the property's address, your logo, your brand colour, and the head concierge's email address. We configure the portal in your colours, set up your contract and your rate card, create the logins — including the restricted concierge access — and your account opens within a few working days.

Training fits inside the opening walkthrough: the portal follows the desk's natural movements, and the paste-a-request feature is learned by watching it work once. From then on, your team books, corrects and follows its rides on its own — with our switchboard on +33 1 53 26 04 33 as backup, at every hour our cars are on the road.

The questions hotel directors ask

How much does the concierge portal cost?

Nothing. The portal is placed at your property's disposal free of charge — no licence, no subscription, no setup fee. We earn our living on the rides themselves, and every ride booked through the portal generates a commission for your hotel, on terms set out in your contract.

Who actually drives our guests?

Our own chauffeurs, in our own cars. This is not software sold on its own: the portal comes with the Reservation Chauffeur fleet and drivers — vetted, suited, and accustomed to the guests of Paris's 5-star hotels and palaces, across Business, Van and First Class.

What happens if the chauffeur is running late?

Your desk sees it before the guest does. From the moment a driver is assigned, the portal shows their name and phone number, the car and its plate, then the ride's progress live. The concierge can call the driver directly, share the tracking link with the guest, or reach our switchboard on +33 1 53 26 04 33.

Is my hotel's data kept separate?

Yes, strictly. Each property has its own contract, its own rate card and its own workspace: one hotel never sees another's rides, guests or terms. Internally, the restricted concierge access lets staff book rides without viewing rates or account settings.

Can we try the portal without committing?

Yes. The account opens with no fees, no volume commitment and no exclusivity. Your desk uses it in real conditions — and if the tool does not earn its place in your operation, the account closes as simply as it opened.
