Château seminar transfers in Paris & Île-de-France
Your offsite is booked in a château — now your participants have to get there. We run private shuttles from Paris, CDG, Orly and the stations to the seminar estates of the Île-de-France: 7-seat vans, Sprinter minibuses up to 19, coordinated fleets, gala-evening returns. One coordinator, one invoice.

A residential seminar in a château is a strong signal: two days away from the office, in the calm of a park, to think and build as a team. The weak point is almost always the same — the journey. These estates sit in the Oise woods, the Yvelines valleys or the Essonne countryside, far from any metro line, and a programme that starts at 9:00 needs the whole group in the plenary room at 9:00, not trickling in until 10:30.
That is exactly the problem we solve. We collect your participants where they are — head office, hotels, airports, Gare du Nord — and deliver them to the front steps of the venue as one group, with a single coordinator watching every vehicle. The seminar begins in the van: colleagues talk, phones charge, nobody is reading a motorway map.
Why a private shuttle beats carpooling and the train
- No one gets lost — carpooling to a country estate means a dozen cars, a dozen GPS routes and at least one team stuck behind a tractor. One shuttle, one route, one arrival.
- The group arrives as a group — a synchronised drop-off on the forecourt sets the tone of the event; scattered arrivals over 90 minutes wreck the opening session.
- The train rarely goes there — most château venues are a taxi-less 15 to 30 minutes from the nearest station; the last leg is precisely where plans fall apart.
- Time on board is time gained — participants ride together and start talking before the first workshop; nobody arrives tired from driving.
- One invoice, zero expense claims — no mileage reimbursements or parking receipts to chase; the whole operation lands on one corporate account.
The right vehicle for your headcount
| Vehicle | Capacity | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Business Van (V-Class) | Up to 7 passengers | Management teams, small workshops |
| Mercedes Sprinter minibus | 12, 16 or 19 passengers | Full teams, one vehicle per department |
| First Class saloon | Up to 3 passengers | Speakers, executives, key guests |
| Coordinated fleet | Unlimited | Company-wide offsites, several pickup points |
For large offsites we combine vans and Sprinters into a single convoy or staggered rotations — one vehicle per team, per hotel or per arrival wave — all synchronised by the same coordinator.
Seminar estates we regularly serve
Week after week, our drivers take participants to the flagship seminar venues of the Île-de-France for events organised by our corporate and agency clients. We know the gate codes, the coach entrances and the gravel forecourts.
Around Chantilly — the densest seminar cluster in the region, and often closer to CDG than to Paris. We regularly serve the Mercure Chantilly Resort & Conventions resort beside its golf course, the InterContinental Chantilly Château Mont Royal in its forest above La Chapelle-en-Serval, and the Domaine de Chantilly itself for gala dinners in the Grandes Écuries. Count roughly 45 to 55 minutes from central Paris, and 25 to 30 minutes from CDG — which is why we often route international participants straight from the terminal to the château.
Châteauform houses — the network's country houses are scattered across the Yvelines, the Essonne and the fringes of the Oise, each deliberately secluded. We regularly serve them for multi-day residential seminars, typically with a Sprinter outbound on day one and a return convoy after the closing lunch.
Les Étangs de Corot in Ville-d'Avray — barely 30 minutes west of Paris beside the ponds Corot painted, ideal for one-day executive committees; a van shuttle in the morning and back the same evening is usually all it takes.
Your venue isn't listed? If it's in the Île-de-France or on its borders, we drive there. Send us the address and the programme.
Coordinated logistics, one point of contact
- Synchronised arrivals — several vehicles from several pickup points, timed to reach the venue in the same window.
- A single coordinator — one phone number for your event team, from the quote to the last return journey.
- Name boards & tracking — flights and trains monitored, drivers waiting in arrivals, every vehicle tracked in real time.
- Gala-evening returns — vehicles standing by after the dinner, however late it ends; participants are dropped at their hotel or home.
- Corporate invoicing — one summary invoice for the whole seminar, payable on a business account.
Airport pickups for international participants
Flying colleagues in from London, Frankfurt or New York? We meet them in the arrivals hall with a name board and drive them directly to the estate — no connection through Paris, no taxi queue with luggage. Fixed transfer prices per saloon: CDG from €119, Orly from €119, Le Bourget €199 in First Class, Beauvais €220. For arrival waves we hold a group shuttle at the terminal and fill it as flights land.
The chauffeur's view
The moment we prepare for is the first one: eight o'clock at the client's head office, two Sprinters idling at the kerb, coffee smell inside, seat plan taped to the door. Twenty minutes later the convoy is on the A1, and by the time the forest opens onto the château forecourt the noise in the cabin has changed — people who barely nodded in the lift are laughing. We line the vehicles up so the whole group steps down together in front of the steps; the event photographer loves that shot. Then we wait, or come back. The return after a gala is our quiet pride: 00:40, gravel crunching, participants in evening dress ducking out of the cold into warm cabins, and the coordinator's phone showing every vehicle green, heading home.

Frequently asked questions
How do I organise a shuttle to a château seminar venue?
Send us the venue, the number of participants and your programme. We size the fleet — vans for up to 7, Sprinter minibuses for up to 19, several vehicles for larger groups — set the pickup points in Paris or at the airports, and one coordinator manages every rotation. You receive a single corporate invoice.
Which château and estate venues do you serve?
We regularly drive participants to the main seminar estates of the Île-de-France and its borders, including the Châteauform houses, the Mercure Chantilly Resort & Conventions (formerly Dolce) and the InterContinental Château Mont Royal (formerly Tiara) in Chantilly, Les Étangs de Corot in Ville-d'Avray and the Domaine de Chantilly. Any venue in the region can be quoted.
Why a private shuttle rather than carpooling or the train?
Most château venues sit well beyond the last RER stop, and carpooling scatters your group across a dozen cars and arrival times. A private shuttle brings everyone in together, on schedule, with no one lost on a country road — and your seminar starts on time, with the whole group in the room.
Can you pick up international participants at the airport?
Yes. We meet participants in the arrivals hall at CDG (transfer from €119), Orly (from €119), Le Bourget (€199 in First Class) or Beauvais (€220), with flight tracking and a name board, then drive them straight to the château — many venues near Chantilly are actually closer to CDG than to Paris.
Do you handle late returns after a gala dinner?
Yes. Vehicles wait on site or return at the agreed hour, however late the evening runs. Participants step from the dining room into a warm vehicle and are driven back to Paris or their hotel — no one searches for a taxi in the courtyard at 1 a.m.
How much does seminar transport to a château cost?
Hourly hire starts at €79/hr for a Business saloon, €109/hr for a 7-seat Business Van, €150/hr for First Class and €180/hr for a Sprinter minibus (2-hour minimum). Multi-vehicle fleets and full-day shuttle plans are quoted individually — call +33 1 53 26 04 33.
Your seminar starts in the vehicle
One coordinator, one fleet, one invoice — and everyone on the château steps at nine sharp.
