How the transfer works, minute by minute
Your Eurostar glides into Gare du Nord — usually on the upper platforms, tracks 3 to 6. Because UK-to-France passport checks happen before boarding at St Pancras, there is no border queue in Paris: you simply follow the platform to the arrivals exit, where your chauffeur is waiting with a name sign. He takes the cases, folds the stroller into the boot and checks the child seats with you before setting off.
The drive to Marne-la-Vallée is about 45 km, mostly on the A4 motorway heading east — 40 to 55 minutes depending on traffic. No tickets to buy, no platforms to find, and if someone falls asleep on the way, all the better: they will wake up at Disneyland. Your chauffeur drops you at the entrance of any Disney hotel — Disneyland Hotel, Newport Bay Club, Sequoia Lodge, Santa Fe, Cheyenne, Davy Crockett Ranch — or any partner hotel around the resort in Val d'Europe, Magny-le-Hongre and Bailly-Romainvilliers.
For the trip home, we time the pickup around your Eurostar departure: allow about an hour on the road plus the arrival time Eurostar recommends at Gare du Nord for check-in and security (check your ticket conditions). Book both legs at once and the same fixed conditions apply — one confirmation, one price, zero logistics on the day. More options, including airport pickups and multi-day packages, are on our Disneyland Paris transfers page; groups of up to seven travel best in the Business Van.
