The Arc weekend — and every other race day of the season
The Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, on the first weekend of October, turns Longchamp into the centre of the racing world: an international crowd, morning dress and race-day millinery, and an exit crush that swallows every unbooked car in the west of Paris. We run all weekend — airport pickups for guests flying in from London, Tokyo or Dubai, staggered hotel collections for groups, and a fixed return the moment the last race is run. One rule from experience: book several days ahead. On Arc Sunday, demand outstrips the fleet, and the pre-booked cars are the only ones that exist.
The rest of the flat season, from spring to autumn, has its own rhythm — Sunday cards, evening meetings, the great trials on the road to the Arc. Regular racegoers keep it simple with a chauffeur on hourly disposal — €79/h in Business Class, €109/h in a Business Van, €150/h in First Class, 2-hour minimum: the car waits through the card, holds your coats and winnings between races, and leaves whenever you do, whether that is after the fourth race or after the last toast in the grandstand, rebuilt in 2018 with its long panoramic view over the track and the Seine.
For hospitality boxes and corporate race days, our event service coordinates several cars and vans under one booking — one contact, staggered pickups, a single grouped return. Owners and connections who want the quietest possible day take First Class, with a chauffeur used to paddock timing and discreet exits.
