Lead car plus support vehicles on one timetable, with a single point of contact throughout.

First Class & discretion

Mercedes S-Class and equivalents for principals; confidential, security-aware chauffeurs.

Airport & private jet

Executive chauffeur: roadshows, board meetings, days run to the minute

An executive visiting Paris does not have a ride, he has a day: wheels down at 7.40, breakfast at the hotel, three investor meetings between the 8th arrondissement and La Défense, a lunch that runs over, a board meeting at 3 pm and a flight at 8. The right chauffeur for that day does more than drive; he keeps the schedule. He knows the fastest exit from each tower at La Défense, where a car can genuinely stop on avenue Montaigne, and lets the assistant know when the next meeting is about to slip.

As a dedicated car by the hour, the same chauffeur and vehicle stay with you all day: files stay on board, nobody recharges a laptop in a lobby, calls happen in a quiet cabin. We are used to multi-day roadshows, executive assistants calling at 11 pm the night before and programmes that change three times before noon. What is said in the back seat does not exist, and we sign your NDA before the first ride.

Official delegations and motorcades: several vehicles, one voice

A ministerial delegation, a negotiating team, the executive committee of a foreign group on a Paris visit: with more than one car, the difficulty is no longer driving but coordination. We build the convoy around the programme: Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series for the principals, Business Vans for staff, security and luggage, and a lead car that sets the pace.

  • One point of contact before, during and after: you never call five chauffeurs, you call one.
  • Convoy order and drop-off points fixed in advance, briefed to the chauffeurs on the day and reconnoitred where the venue requires it (embassies, ministries, palace hotels, head offices).
  • Cars within reach during meetings and dinners, ready to leave in order.
  • One invoice for the whole assignment, itemised per vehicle if your accounts department asks.

Larger groups, such as travelling press or technical staff, ride in 12- to 19-seat Sprinters within the same convoy, on the same timetable.

Public figures: protocol welcome and discretion

Artists, athletes, public figures: the same standards, plus the question of who is watching. The sign in the arrivals hall is discreet, a first name, an agreed code word or the logo of the host maison, or absent altogether, the chauffeur recognising his passenger from a description. At Le Bourget the car is positioned at the FBO, a few metres from the aircraft; at CDG and Orly the chauffeur knows which exit the passenger will use and waits there without any conspicuous gesture.

At the hotel, drop-off is at the entrance you choose, main or service; at a venue, at the time and the exact spot set by the organiser. Our chauffeurs do not ask for photos, do not talk about their passengers and post nothing. For tours, premieres and film sets, see our page on chauffeurs for celebrities in Paris.

Working alongside close-protection teams

Many of our VIP assignments run alongside a protection team, and our chauffeurs speak their language: primary and fallback routes validated before departure, positioning of lead and follow cars, doors opened on the agent's instruction rather than the chauffeur's, no unplanned stops, communication on the channel you impose. The chauffeur stays at the wheel, engine ready, for the whole wait.

No protection team for this visit yet? Tell us: we point you in the right direction and coordinate transport with the team you retain, see our security chauffeur in Paris page. In every case, programme, names and addresses circulate only among those who need them, on the day.

VIP & delegation chauffeur FAQ

Can you coordinate a multi-vehicle delegation or motorcade in Paris?

Yes. Lead car, support vehicles and Business Vans for staff and security move on one timetable, with one point of contact and one invoice. Every chauffeur knows the convoy order, drop-off points and timings before the day; you speak to a single person.

Do you provide First Class vehicles for principals?

Yes. Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series and Audi A8 for principals, Business Vans for accompanying staff, security and luggage, and 12- to 19-seat Sprinters for larger groups such as travelling press.

Will your chauffeurs sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign your NDA or provide ours before the assignment, and it binds every chauffeur assigned. Passenger names, programme and addresses are shared only with the drivers concerned, on the day.

How does a VIP airport pickup work at CDG or Le Bourget?

The chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a discreet sign (a first name, a code word or your company logo) or with no sign at all, recognising the passenger from a description. The flight is tracked in real time; at Le Bourget the car is positioned at the FBO terminal for a direct exit.

Do you work alongside close-protection teams?

Yes. Our chauffeurs are used to security briefings: primary and fallback routes agreed in advance, lead and follow cars, doors opened on the agent's instruction, no unplanned stops. If you do not yet have a team for this visit, tell us: we coordinate transport with the team you retain.

How much does a VIP chauffeur cost in Paris?

In First Class: from €150 per ride in town, €199 from CDG and €150 per hour as a dedicated car (2-hour minimum). A delegation or motorcade of several vehicles is quoted as one package, with one invoice.

How much notice do you need for a delegation?

A First Class car can be booked at any hour, including same day. For a multi-vehicle convoy with a protocol programme, contact us as soon as the dates firm up: we block chauffeurs and reconnoitre routes in advance.

Do your chauffeurs speak English and know the venues?

Yes. They speak English, wear dark suits and know the service entrances of the palace hotels, the ministries and embassies, the La Défense towers, and where a car can actually stop on avenue Montaigne.
