Everyone searching "Brussels to Paris" is shown the same answer: a train. It is a good answer if your day begins at Bruxelles-Midi and ends at Gare du Nord. It rarely does. You are landing at Zaventem after a long-haul flight with a Paris connection the same afternoon; you live in Ixelles and have a 2pm meeting at La Défense; you are four people and six suitcases bound for Disneyland; or your Eurostar has just been cancelled. For all of those, a private chauffeur from Brussels to Paris is the shorter, calmer journey — and, for two or more travellers, often the better value once you count the whole trip — and it leaves from your own doorstep, when you decide.

From Anywhere in Belgium's Capital

Your home in Uccle or Woluwe, a hotel on the Grand-Place, an office in the European quarter, Brussels Airport or Charleroi — the chauffeur comes to you. No taxi to the station, no trolleys.

Straight to Your CDG Terminal

Paris-CDG sits on the A1 before the city. Flight tracked, name sign in arrivals at Zaventem, dropped at the right terminal door with your connection in mind.

Luggage, Children, Groups

Up to 7 passengers in a Business Van, child seats fitted before departure, no per-bag fee. Disneyland with two toddlers becomes a single quiet drive.

This route is part of our long-distance and international service. We recommend the Business Class or First Class sedans for up to three passengers, or the Business Van for families and luggage. Travelling the other way? See our Paris to Brussels chauffeur page. Regular travellers can open an account via our corporate service, or book online directly.

How to get from Brussels to Paris: train, bus, plane or chauffeur

Four ways exist, and the honest comparison depends on where you really start and finish, how much you carry and what time it is.

  • High-speed train. Quick between the two stations, and the right choice for one person with hand luggage travelling in the middle of the day. Add the taxi or metro to Bruxelles-Midi, arriving early for boarding, the queue at Gare du Nord, and a second taxi to your hotel: the door-to-door time is closer to three hours than to the advertised one and a half. Fares climb steeply when booked late, and the last departure leaves you stranded after an evening event.
  • Coach. The cheapest ticket, and the longest day — usually well over four hours plus the trip to the coach station at each end, with luggage limits and a seat you do not choose. Fine for a student, hard with children or a presentation to give on arrival.
  • Plane. With two airport transfers, security and boarding, flying Brussels–Paris is the slowest option of all on this distance — and it still leaves you at CDG or Orly, not at your hotel.
  • Private chauffeur, door to door. One car, from your front door or the arrivals hall to your exact destination, in about 3h15. No luggage limit, no timetable, a quiet cabin to work or sleep in, and one fixed price for the vehicle rather than a ticket per person. For two or three travellers, or any family, the arithmetic tips firmly towards the car; at 11pm, when the rails are quiet, it is simply the only option that still works.

The drive: E19, A2, A1 — and where Paris begins

Your chauffeur leaves Brussels on the E19 past Nivelles and Mons, toll-free like every Belgian motorway, and crosses into France near Hensies without slowing down. The A2 runs across the flat north through Valenciennes and Cambrai, then joins the A1 around Péronne for the long, fast straight south through Picardy. French tolls are already in your fixed price; the chauffeur handles them without a word.

Where Paris begins matters. Paris-CDG is reached directly from the A1 before the city — an exit, not a crossing — which is why airport drops are usually quicker than central ones. Disneyland Paris is reached by leaving the A1 for the Francilienne and skirting the capital to the east, without touching the périphérique. A central address means the A1's final approach through Roissy and Saint-Denis, which runs easily outside the 7am–10am peak. Orly, south of the city, adds a little more; we quote the time honestly rather than optimistically.

Need a pause? The Assevillers service area on the A1 makes a civilised coffee stop just past the halfway mark, and we are happy to plan a proper lunch break. Leaving Brussels before 7am clears the ring before it clogs; a mid-morning departure is relaxed too. For a CDG connection we work backwards from your check-in time and fix the departure accordingly.

Who travels Brussels to Paris with us

Long-haul arrivals continuing to Paris. You flew into Brussels — because the fare was better, the schedule fitted, or the Paris flight was full — and the real destination is a Paris hotel or a connection from CDG. Instead of a bus to the station and a train into the city, your chauffeur is in the arrivals hall at Zaventem with your name, tracks the flight if it is late, and the suitcases go from the belt into the boot. You sleep off the time zone on the A1.

Brussels residents heading to Paris. A board meeting at La Défense, a client dinner, a show at the Opéra, Roland-Garros week, fashion week, a Saturday of shopping on the Faubourg Saint-Honoré — all with a car that leaves from Uccle or Ixelles when you are ready and brings you home the same night if you wish. Our corporate accounts give Belgian companies one invoice and zero logistics for the assistant.

Families bound for Disneyland Paris. Two children, a pushchair, the big cases and the park tickets on your phone. The Business Van takes everyone and everything, child seats are fitted before we leave, and you arrive at the Disneyland Paris hotels without a single platform or change. Fixed price on request.

When the train lets you down. Strike days, a sold-out Eurostar at the end of a ministerial week, a cancellation announced at 9pm: one call, and a chauffeur drives you to Paris tonight rather than tomorrow. We cannot promise a car at every hour of every day, but we will tell you immediately what is possible.

Low-cost arrivals at Charleroi. You saved on the flight; do not lose the saving to a day of transfers. Charleroi airport lies south of Brussels, already on the road to France, and the direct drive to Paris takes around three hours — the same fixed price as from Brussels city.

The right car for 310 km — and what's included

Three hours in a car is where cabin quality stops being a detail. The Business Class sedan — a Mercedes E-Class or equivalent — suits up to three passengers with two large cases, with Wi-Fi, phone chargers and a leather, climate-controlled cabin. The First Class S-Class adds reclining rear seats that earn their keep after a night flight. For four to seven passengers, or serious luggage, the Business Van (Mercedes V-Class) gives everyone a proper seat and keeps the cases with the family.

Every Brussels–Paris price includes the chauffeur's full time, fuel, French tolls, bottled water and the waiting built into your itinerary. The price we confirm in writing is the price you pay — there is no meter running through traffic at Roissy, and no supplement invented at the kerb. Once in Paris, you can keep the car: our hourly service continues at 79 €/h in Business Class, 109 €/h in a Business Van and 150 €/h in First Class, 25 km included per hour.

Once you are in Paris — and the way back

A transfer is the one-way journey. Three formulas extend it naturally, depending on whether you are staying, returning or starting from the other side.

Chauffeur at your disposal in Paris

Keep the car and chauffeur after the drop: several appointments, a dinner across town, a late return to the hotel. Billed by the hour in Paris — Business Class 79 €/h, Business Van 109 €/h, First Class 150 €/h, 25 km included per hour.

The return: Paris to Brussels

Book the two legs together and the return is 949 € in Business Class, 1189 € in a Business Van and 1309 € in First Class — the same day, later in the week, or after an evening event when the last train has gone.

Based in Paris? Brussels for the day

From 1,219 € per vehicle: collected at your Paris hotel, a day on the Grand-Place and in the galleries, chauffeur waiting, back the same evening. Fuel, tolls, parking and waiting included.

Brussels to Paris Chauffeur FAQ

How long is the drive from Brussels to Paris?

About 310 km via the E19, A2 and A1 — roughly 3h to 3h30 door to door depending on where you start in Brussels, the time of day and traffic on the Brussels ring and the A1 into Paris. Paris-CDG sits on the A1 before the city, so an airport drop is usually a little quicker than a central address.

How much does a private chauffeur from Brussels to Paris cost?

749 € one way in Business Class (up to 3 passengers), 939 € in a Business Van (up to 7) and 1029 € in First Class. A return journey is 949 €, 1189 € and 1309 € respectively. The price is per vehicle, fixed and all-inclusive — chauffeur, fuel, tolls and the waiting built into your itinerary — and applies from Brussels city, Zaventem or Charleroi to any Paris address or to Paris-CDG. Orly and Disneyland Paris are quoted as a fixed price on request.

Can you collect us at Brussels Airport (Zaventem)?

Yes. Give us your flight number when you book: we track the flight, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name, and if the aircraft is late the pickup is simply moved, at no charge. From Zaventem the drive to Paris takes about 3h15 to 3h30.

Do you also pick up at Charleroi Airport?

Yes — Brussels South Charleroi Airport is served at the same fixed price as Brussels city. Charleroi lies south of Brussels, already on the way to France, so the run to Paris is a little shorter, around 3 hours. Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign.

I land in Brussels and connect from Paris-CDG. How much time should I allow?

Count about 3h30 from the moment you clear arrivals at Zaventem to the kerb at your CDG terminal, then your airline's check-in and security time. We plan the departure with your connection in mind and drop you at the right terminal door — 2E, 2F, Terminal 1 — not at a station across town.

Can you drive us from Brussels straight to Disneyland Paris or Orly?

Yes. Both are quoted as a fixed price on request, confirmed in writing before you travel. Disneyland Paris is reached by skirting Paris on the Francilienne, without crossing the city; Orly lies south of Paris, so allow a little more time than for a central address.

How much luggage can we bring?

As much as fits in the car — there are no airline-style limits or extra fees per bag. A sedan takes two to three large cases comfortably; for a family heading to Disneyland or a group with several cases each, the Business Van carries far more.

My train to Paris has been cancelled or is sold out. Can you help at short notice?

Often, yes. Call us on +33 1 53 26 04 33 with your address and the time you need to leave; we confirm what is available and the fixed price straight away. The sooner you call, the more likely a chauffeur can be positioned in Brussels for you.

Is there a border stop between Belgium and France?

No. Both countries are in the Schengen area, so there is normally no border stop — you simply carry a valid ID or passport in case of an occasional spot check. The crossing is a motorway sign near Hensies, nothing more.

What is your cancellation policy for this journey?

Long-distance journeys can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. After that deadline, and in the event of a no-show, the full price is due. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, cancellation is free whatever the notice, on simple indication of the flight number.

Do you provide child seats, and can we travel with a pet?

Yes to both. Tell us each child's age and weight when you book and the appropriate seat or booster is fitted before departure. Small pets are welcome in a suitable carrier, larger dogs by arrangement — let us know so we assign the right vehicle and protect the cabin.

The chauffeur's view

The Brussels departure we like best is the early one from Zaventem: a client off a night flight, a name on a card, two cases that go straight into the boot, and the ring still empty enough to be round Nivelles before the rush. After Mons the land flattens, the border near Hensies is a blue sign and a change in the hum of the tarmac, and the radio drifts from Flemish into French. Most passengers are asleep by Valenciennes. Assevillers, just past halfway, is where the second coffee gets mentioned — good espresso, five minutes. Then the long straight of the A1, and the moment that still satisfies us: the exit for Roissy, the terminal door at 2E, the client awake, briefed and at check-in with time to spare, luggage untouched since Brussels. Or, for those going into town, the view from the A1 as it drops towards Paris — the Sacré-Cœur on its hill, off to the right — which tells them better than any announcement that they have arrived.
