How does monthly invoicing work?
All rides for the month are consolidated into a single invoice, payable by bank transfer. Every ride is listed with its date, route and passenger, and the full history remains downloadable from your account at any time.
Can my colleagues book rides themselves?
Yes. Each member has their own login, or a dedicated booking link that hides all prices: the employee simply selects their journey and the ride is billed directly to the company account.
Can we negotiate rates?
Yes. Every business account has its own rate card, built around your recurring routes and volume. These negotiated rates apply automatically to every booking made on the account.
